Do I have to make a reservation? Reservations are strongly encouraged but not required. Reservations secure the Santa Magic photo experience for each Guest while allowing staff to employ effective social distancing best practices. Walk-up visits are permitted when space is available.

Walk-up visits are available at participating locations as space permits. Select luxury Santa Magic locations like our new Holiday Magic Village require reservations; no Walk-ups will be accommodated; however, same day reservations are available to accommodate your last-minute holiday plans.
How do I make a reservation?
You can find local Santa and book your photo experience at WhereIsSanta.com. Reservation slots are available every 15 minutes. Most locations operate with two queues – one for reservations to ensure timely visits and one for walk ups which will be served as time permits.

How does the in-person Santa Magic photo experience work?
1. Arrive at selected venue during your 15-minute reservation time.
2. Locate directional signage to follow Holly the Reindeer down Candy Cane Lane.
3. Text SANTA to 360.488.0880 to start your photo session.
4. Create and Capture your favorite holiday tradition - Santa Magic! We have a lot of kids with disabilities visit Santa from local schools, will we be able to accommodate them and provide them a photo at a discounted rate?
Santa Magic experiences are ADA and AODA compliant and accommodate children with disabilities. Discounted group rates are not available this season.
What are your hours?
Santa Magic photo experience hours are set in accordance with individual venue operating hours. Please refer to WhereIsSanta.com for accurate information for your preferred location.

To make a reservation you will be required to select:
A. a specific date
B. a specific 15-minute time slot;
C. a photo package to pre-purchase (if undecided, you can still reserve your spot for a fee which will be applied to your set purchase);
Reservations are available every 15-minutes. If a time slot appears "unavailable" during normal business hours, this indicates the appointments are full for that window.
When you arrive at the photo experience, there will be a dedicated entrance for Guests with reservations. Please check in with the greeter so they know you have arrived for your reservation. You can also start your photo experience by texting “SANTA” to (360) 488-0880.
How long is the in-person visit?

What is your Reschedule, Cancellation and Refund Policy?
If you need to reschedule your photo experience, please click RESCHEDULE found in your confirmation email within 24 hours of your original reservation. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, please contact our customer service team by clicking here within 24 hours of your original reservation. Rescheduling is available where space permits. Due to the limited availability, refunds due to cancellation are not offered less than 72 hours before the date/time of your reservation. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed if the photo experience is canceled 72+ hours before your scheduled photo experience.

Can I buy an individual photo print without purchasing an entire photo package?
Holiday Magic extras are available with a photo package purchase. All extra photo prints and merchandise are available with a photo package purchase. Additional 6x8 prints are available for $9.99.
Can I purchase additional photos at my in-person Santa Magic photo experience?
Yes, an additional 6x8 photo print is available to add on to any photo package purchase for only $9.99.
How many Santas do you have?

What forms of payment will be accepted at the Santa Set this year?

Is my family allowed to visit Santa even if we’re not taking photos?
Yes, everyone is allowed to visit Santa and have the experience captured. Purchasing the photo package is optional.
Is my child allowed to talk to Santa from a distance?
Yes! Children are welcome to chat with Santa
What if my infant child is unable to sit by themselves without support?
Parents will need to accompany children unable to sit for holiday photography.
How do I know where to go during my visit?
Local signage will direct you to your holiday photo experience. At participating locations, floor markers will direct you when you arrive. If you have a reservation, follow Holly the Reindeer down Candy Cane Lane for your priority photo experience with Santa! For Walk-up Guests, follow Gary and Audri down Mistletoe Avenue!
What safety precautions are in place for Christmas?
Health and safety are our top priority! Santa and his Elves are fully vaccinated. Elves will practice social distancing by remaining 6 feet away from Guests. Where local regulations permit, Guests have the choice to sit with Santa or socially distance themselves during the photo experience. All locations are equipped with hand sanitizing stations and staff are required to wear face coverings. Santa and Guests will not be required to wear face coverings unless locally mandated.

Because your health is our top priority, we have implemented new services and enhanced safety measures at all operations across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. We have employed safety best practices as recommended by local organizations, the

Temperature checks are not required at Santa Magic photo experiences.
Will there be hand sanitizing stations at the set?
Yes. Hand sanitizing stations area available at the entrance and exit of each Santa Magic experience.
How often do you clean/sanitize the photo sets?
Following CDC guidelines, Santa Magic sets are disinfected prior to opening and deep cleaned after closing. High-traffic and high-touch point areas are cleaned between Guest visits. Fabric treatment is provided to Santa suit after each shift.

Why did you remove the self-service station to select photos?
Self-service kiosks are high-touch surfaces that create high-traffic areas. Self-service kiosks were removed to comply with safety precautions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. CHP Staff is happy to accommodate the photo selection process at check-out. Guests who purchase a Moment to Remember | Package A and Sparkle and Shine | Package B receive digital access to all photos after Santa Magic photos are captured
Why are the prices so high for a photo where my child cannot sit on his lap/have a real visit?
We’re so excited Santa’s back! We know the experience may feel different previous seasons, and we’re committed to capturing the magic of your holiday experience while prioritizing health and safety. Adding extensive safety precautions at each set is priority in creating a magical holiday experience. We’ve worked hard to ensure photography packages meet Guests’ needs and budgets. We know your Santa experience is important! We will work with the local management team to resolve your issue so that you walk away from your Santa Magic photo experience satisfied. How long will it take for me to receive my refund from a cancelled reservation?

How large are my Digital Photo files? Are my Photos high resolution?
Your digital images are delivered as high-quality JPGs at myholidaymoments.com. The exact file size is 1500px x 2100px. You can access your digital image files at myholidaymoments.com
How do I remove the watermark from my digital images at myholidaymoments.com?
If you see a watermark on your Photo, that is an indication that you have not yet purchased your photos as Digital Downloads.
To remove the watermark and have full access to the Digital Download portal (such as saving, downloading, and sharing your photos), you must first purchase the Digital Photo Downloads.
Once your purchase has been made online, the watermark should be removed automatically, and you will have full access to all digital download features.

How do I apply a border to my Santa Magic photos at myholidaymoments.com?
Simply click or tap on any Border shown to the right of the photo to apply the background to your photo. You may also drag and drop the Border onto your photo to apply the Border.
Be sure to scroll down to see all the Holiday Borders perfect for any occasion. Only one border can be applied at a time.

How do I add a Sticker to my Santa Magic images at myholidaymoments.com?
Simply click or tap on any sticker shown to the right of the photo (under the Sticker tab) to apply that Sticker to your Photo. You may also drag and drop a Sticker onto your digital image.
Be sure to scroll down to see all the Holiday Stickers that you can use to personalize your digital image.
Move, scale, or rotate the Stickers to place them exactly as you wish. There is no limit to the number of stickers you can apply to your digital downloads.
How do I save my digital images to my phone from myholidaymoments.com?
To save your digital images on your phone, tap the Download button and follow the instructions. Tap and hold your finger on the photo until a dialog box shows to Save it to your phone. An iPhone will save it to the Camera Roll on the phone while an Android device will save it to the Gallery.
If I buy digital images online at myholidaymoments.com, will I be able to print that at my local photo retailer?
If you buy digital images online, you will be able to print the photos at any local photo retailer. If you print out the ‘Receipt and Copyright Release’ email that you received immediately following your online purchase and take that with you to the photo retailer along with the device on which you saved your digital downloads.

How long are my Santa Magic photos available online? Will my photos be deleted?
Your holiday photos are stored on our
Digital Download Portal for the current Holiday season. Be sure to download all your photos from
our Digital Download Portal to your local hard drive for future use. All pictures are purged from our systems on January 31, 2022.
To avoid losing your valuable photos, be sure to download your image files as soon as possible. DO NOT store your images on our Digital Download Portal.
Where do I enter my photo code or email on the Digital Download Portal?
If you are unable to see where to enter your photo code or email address when using a desktop computer, then you are likely using an out-of-date version of a browser that is not compatible with our
Digital Download Portal (myholidaymoments.com).
The Digital Download Portal functions best with browsers that are
less than 3 years old. We recommend that you update your browser and try again. For Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) users, please update to IE version 10 or higher. IE version 8 or 9 does not support the many wonderful features of the

I cannot find my Santa Magic Photo Code. Where can I find my Photo Code?
For the majority of our Santa Magic locations, you can find your unique Photo Code in several places:
1. Your photo code is located on the 3x5 and wallet sheet (number on the corner of photo)
2. Your photo code is also located on your printed receipt.

3. Your photo code is in an SMS text message you received after your Santa Magic photo experience.
For our Holiday Magic Village and Macy’s Santaland locations, your holiday photos are available for download from our digital portal on PGIphotos.com.
What if I lost my receipt from my Santa Magic photo experience?
If you have lost your receipt, you can find your photo code on the 3x5 photo sheet! The code on your printed photo is the same as the code on your receipt. If you were sent an SMS message to download your images, the SMS message will also contain your photo code. Visit our Digital Download Portal to input your code and email address to access your photos. If you cannot find your code, contact our customer service team by clicking here
